Store Policies

Terms:
Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or by account. F.O.B Shipping point within the Continental
United States. Standard Shipping means are UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Return Policy:
Parts can be returned or exchanged with in 60 days for credit or refund. Authorization is needed. Stocking charges may apply.

Changes:
Instrument Specialists Incorporated reserves the right to change product specifications, quantities, designs, or prices without prior
notice or liability for such changes.

Conditions:
The products offered in this catalog are for laboratory or manufacturing purposes only. The information published herein is, to the
best of our knowledge, correct and accurate.

Damage:
Should any item received be damaged, save all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Report the damage to the carrier
and ISI promptly. Failure to do so may result in customer being liable for payment.

Product Warranty:
ISI agrees to correct, either by repair or replacement, any defects of materials or workmanship. All warranted items are covered
provided that the defects developed under normal and proper use as determined by ISI after inspection. All other components,
accessories, and supplies by their nature are NOT intended to be covered under a warranty period. All furnaces are covered by
a ninety (90) day warranty.
